Tse Consulting is my way of bringing out the best in me, 

by bringing out the best in others.

I have been consulting since I was 12 years old, as the first female captain of the school safety squad. 

I didn't realize it then, but the traits that led me to success in that role - curiosity, a passion for learning, leadership, management, and a desire to achieve results - paved the way for future roles in sales, marketing, operations, learning and development, continuous improvement, project management, consulting, organization development, and entrepreneurial opportunities including opening my own early childhood education center.

My natural instincts to seek out excellence, efficiency, and enjoyment find a voice in everything I do, and have become the measures of my success.

With Tse Consulting, I bring together my expertise and experience to transcend the boundaries of title, function, industry, or role; enabling others - and myself - to reach for and achieve our goals.
